Begin your evening with a glass of Barringwood Cuvée on arrival followed by a four-course menu, designed by Group Executive Chef, Paul McGrath, and choice of a bottle of wine to share during your meal.

Amuse bouche – a small appetiser to tease the palate before the meal
Western Australian scampi, with its consomme, caviar, wild herbs & flowers
Roasted dry aged beef T-bone with wild mushroom & kale pithiviers and fresh horseradish
Sides of duck fat roasted potatoes; chopped butter lettuce with toasted seeds, aged parmesan & mandarin oil and steamed summer greens with lemon & herb butter
Vanilla and macadamia cheesecake with summer berries, blackcurrant sorbet and strawberry chocolate
Barista coffee, tea & petit four to finish
Guests will be greeted with a glass of Barringwood Cuvée on arrival, followed by your choice of wine to enjoy during the meal. As part of the checkout process, you will be required to select your choice of the below white or red wine option.
2014 Barringwood Schonburger
Top notes of rose petal and lychee, followed by some musk and light quince like scents. Light with good fruit and a dry finish the palate.

Bursting with bright fruit and spicy oak, soft and savoury tannins and a nose of cherries and violets, a dusting of vanilla and hints of charry earthy undertones.
